Returns are available within 30 days of your online order delivery date. Check that the item is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unique items, created specifically for you, can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

Timings vary according to the payment method. Once a return has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 15 days from the date of arrival at the warehouse.
